The equipment is designed to dye polyester yarn or thread on a conventional cone or package.

 

Waterless Textile Dyeing Equipment

We offer production equipment with 10, 50 and 100 kg polyester yarn package capacities. We can design larger systems for greater dyeing capacity or expand capacity by replication of the standard dyeing vessels.

 

We are developing the equipment for production scale polyester beam dyeing.

Production Systems

Yarn cones go in and come out dry when dyeing in the eCO2Dye waterless textile dyeing system.

Our pilot plants are equipped with dyeing vessels that vary from 5 to 20 liters allowing you to dye from 1 to 5 yarn cones in each batch. You can also dye fabric on a beam. We tailor the pilot facility to meet your requirements.

• Dye vessel inserts for yarn or fabric

• Agitation for uniform dyeing

• Single or multiple dyeing vessels

• Use single or multiple dyes

• Optional UV-VIS spectrometer for dye solubility measurement

• Quick opening and closing dye vessels

• Safe operation

 

The lab systems can be used for:

• Dyeing single or multiple samples simultaneously - dye qualification

• Color database expansion

• Color match recipe tests

• Generating dye solubility data
